3. SMS / Text Message Communications (A2P 10DLC)

The Campaign sends text messages using A2P 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers registered with The Campaign Registry. The following terms govern our SMS program and are required by wireless carriers for A2P 10DLC compliance.

Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Glenn Bill for State Representative – District 86, including campaign updates, event invitations, volunteer requests, fundraising appeals, and event reminders. Message frequency varies. This is a political campaign messaging program.

How to Opt In

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and MetroPCS.

No Sharing of SMS Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your data with our SMS service provider solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf, subject to confidentiality obligations. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

TCPA Compliance

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and the rules promulgated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). 4. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM Act)

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
